| Prof. Yingmin Yi Xi'an University of Technology, China Yingmin Yi, PhD, third-level professor, doctoral supervisor, Dean, Deputy Director of the National Local Engineering Research Center for Crystal Growth and System Integration, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Education Engineering Research Center for Crystal Growth Equipment and Control Technology, Director of Shaanxi Province's four main bodies and one joint Engineering Research Center, and Director of Shaanxi Province Automation Society Instrument and Control Committee. He served as a member of the curriculum reform working group of the Ministry of Education's Automation Professional Teaching Advisory Committee and won one special prize, the Shaanxi Provincial Teaching Achievement Award. | Prof. Yang Yue Xi'an Jiaotong University,China Yang Yue received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering and optics from Nankai University, China, in 2004 and 2007, respectively. He received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the University of Southern California, USA, in 2012. He is a professor at the School of Information and Communications Engineering, Xi'an Jiaotong University, China. Dr. Yue’s current research interest is intelligent photonics, including optical communications, optical perception, and optical chips. He has published over 260 journal papers (including science) and conference proceedings with over 10,000 citations, six edited books, two book chapters, over 60 issued or pending patents, and over 200 invited presentations (including 1 tutorial, over 30 plenary, and over 50 keynote talks). Dr. Yue is a Fellow of SPIE and a Senior Member of IEEE and Optica. He is an Associate Editor for IEEE Access and Frontiers in Physics, an Editor Board Member for four other scientific journals, and a Guest Editor for over 10 journal special issues. He also served as chair or committee member for over 100 international conferences and reviewer for over 70 prestigious journals. |

His research interests include information fusion, evidence reasoning, and pattern recognition. He has presided over several national topics, such as National Nature Foundation projects, and published more than 30 papers in IEEE TCYB, TFS, TIP, and other important international journals and international information fusion conferences in this field. He was a member of the editorial board of IJAR, an international journal of approximate reasoning, and a member of the program committee and branch chairman of the 18-20 International Information Fusion Congress.  | Prof. Lingfeng Shi Xidian University, China Ling-Feng Shi, a professor and doctoral supervisor, was born in Baoji, Shaanxi Province. He received his bachelor's degree in radio from China Jiliang University in 1995, his master's degree in radio from China Jiliang University in 2003, and his doctor's degree in circuit and system from Xidian University in 2008. Currently, he is mainly engaged in the research of sensor signal processing, positioning and navigation, wireless communication, and other fields. He has published more than 110 academic papers in journals, including more than 90 papers in journals, more than 20 papers in domestic and foreign conferences, and more than 70 papers indexed by SCI (nearly 20 papers in the second region and above, more than 20 IEEE journal papers), nearly 20 EI indexed papers, more than 20 ISP indexed papers, 17 national authorized invention patents, 1 authorized utility model, 6 national invention patents applied, and 2 invention patents transferred. Now he is a senior member of IEEE, and a reviewer of more than a dozen SCI authoritative academic journals, including Electronic Journal (Chinese and English), China Journal of Posts and Telecommunications, Journal of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Engineering Edition, and an and an expert member of the "863" science and technology award review expert of the Ministry of Education. | Prof. Han Liu Xi'an University of Technology, China Prof. Han Liu was born in July of 1972. He received his bachelor's degree, master's degree, and doctor's degree from the School of Automation and Information Engineering of Xi'an University of Technology in 1993, 1996, and 2003, respectively. Since April 1996, he has been teaching at the university. In June 1998, he was granted the qualification of lecturer. In October 2003, he was promoted to associate professor, and in October 2008, he was promoted to professor. He was appointed Vice Dean of the School of Automation and Information Engineering in September 2007 and Dean of the School of Automation and Information Engineering in April 2011. At present, he is mainly engaged in complex industrial process modeling, control, and optimization, as well as the research and development of key technologies for new energy systems. He has chaired several funds, such as the National Natural Science Foundation, the Doctoral Foundation of the Ministry of Education, and the Natural Science Foundation of Shaanxi Province. At the same time, he has participated in the research of many scientific research projects. Since 1997, he has won one national Science and Technology Progress Prize and two first prizes of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Award as the main author. He has published more than 50 academic papers in important academic journals and conferences and currently serves as executive director and deputy secretary-general of the Shaanxi Automation Society. |
